To complete your project, we provide construction administrative services. We provide weekly job site visits to ensure your project is constructed per the construction documents and specifications. We also provide course of construction inspections for lenders. We conduct monthly job site inspections and compare the amount of work completed with the monies requested in the contractors application for payment. We verify the work completed, take a series of photos of the site, check it against the amounts shown on the conditional lien waivers, and submit a report.
